This policy explains how the "Outvoted" mobile application (the "App") handles your data — player profiles, avatar photos, live rooms, purchases, service providers, retention, and privacy requests.
Earthquake Digital Serviços de Audiovisual LTDA, CNPJ 35.367.701/0001-48, operates Outvoted and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can contact us about privacy requests.
You may provide a display name, avatar seed, and optional profile photo. If you choose a photo avatar, the App may ask for camera or photo library access and upload the selected image so it can appear consistently in live rooms. You should not use a name or image that impersonates someone else or violates another person's rights.
Outvoted stores lightweight room state such as room code, player list, votes, predictions, round progress, scores, recap data, connection status, device session identifiers, and timestamps. Votes and predictions are processed to calculate round results, show vote breakdowns, keep devices in sync, and generate the final recap.
If you buy or restore premium access, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement information. We do not receive your full payment card details. If you contact support, we may process your email address, room code, device context, screenshots, and messages so we can investigate the request.
We use Firebase for anonymous authentication, storage, realtime infrastructure, and cloud functions, and RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management. These providers process information on our behalf only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
Outvoted does not require a traditional account profile, contact upload, microphone access, or precise location. Camera and photo library permissions are optional and only used when you choose to create or update a photo avatar. Sound effects use playback only and do not require microphone recording. The App does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
We process information to provide the service you request, perform purchases and restores, maintain room integrity, prevent abuse, answer support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Where applicable, this processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent for optional permissions.
Live room data is temporary by design and may expire after a session or recap window. Removing a photo avatar from your profile deletes its current file from our Firebase Storage. Purchase entitlement records, support messages, and limited security records may be kept as needed to restore purchases, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, or investigate abuse.
You can leave a room, change your profile, revoke optional device permissions in system settings, and restore purchases from Settings. Users in Brazil are entitled to the rights provided by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Lei n.º 13.709/2018). You may contact suporte@earthquakedigital.com.br to request access, correction, deletion, portability, confirmation of processing, or other rights available under applicable privacy law. We may ask for extra context when needed to verify or complete a request.
Outvoted is intended for social party gameplay and may include mature or suggestive prompts depending on the selected deck and content level. The App is rated 17+ on the App Store. Do not use the App if you are not old enough under your local law or platform rules to use this type of service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
